Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Archimede or joining our waiting list. By submitting your email address you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Waiting List

At this stage, Archimede is a pre-launch product. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee access to the product, does not constitute a contract for services, and does not create any obligation on our part to launch the product on any specific date or at all.

We reserve the right to remove any email address from the waiting list at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Beta Software Notice

When Archimede becomes available, it will initially be released as a beta version under active development. By using it you acknowledge and accept that:

• Some features may be incomplete or subject to change without notice.
• The application may occasionally experience bugs, errors, or performance issues.
• Data loss, instability, or temporary unavailability may occur.
• We are continuously working to improve the reliability, stability, and security of Archimede.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Archimede and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. No warranty — express or implied — is provided regarding the performance, reliability, or suitability of the software.

In the unlikely event of data loss, service interruption, or security breach, you agree that no claim for compensation or damages may be made against us. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable EU consumer protection law.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data — including your email address — is kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect and process your data.

5. Acceptable Use

By joining the waiting list or using the service you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Transmit spam, malware, or any other harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Archimede name, logo, and all original content on this website are the exclusive property of Valerio Foddai. You may not use them without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the waiting list or the service at any time without obligation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify waiting list members by email of any significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palermo, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence within the EU.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If changes are material we will notify waiting list members by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
